Atlantic City Hotels 2010

The main attraction in Atlantic City is the casinos. The Atlantic City Boardwalk and Steel Pier moved down a slot when Atlantic City voters approved gambling in 1976. Resorts International was the first Atlantic City casino to open in 1978 and other casinos followed.
The casinos are located along the Atlantic City Boardwalk, except for three casinos which are in the marina area - the Trump Marina Casino, Harrahs Casino, and the Borgata Casino. If you tire of walking, try the 24 hour jitney (thirteen passenger mini-bus) service along Pacific Avenue - for $1.50 per person, the jitneys will drop you off by any of the Atlantic City casinos.
