The Wesson Friends of the Library are some of the most dedicated people I have met in a long time! They have recently started construction and landscaping on the back end of the Pavilion. Once complete, the library will be able to project outdoor movies - such as
Avatar - during nice weather. Our "stadium seating" is made out of our 200 year old town brick. The mason doing this work has also designed a beautiful brick water feature that will have embedded in it some of the broken glass bottles and shards from the old apothecary shop that originally occupied our lot. The Friends are also putting in a garden that, come spring time, will provide pleasure for both sight and smell. Truly, we are blessed to have such an active Friends chapter!
